Jetblue won't stop spamming me
Is anyone else having this problem? I get at least 1 email a week from "[email protected]" and I always use the unsubscribe link yet they NEVER stop sending me emails... This has been going on for many months... I don't even have a trueblue account anymore... I've called jetblue and they claim they don't have any records of me yet they keep emailing me...
Just today I got an email from them titled "Earn $50 back, 50 Trueblue points and an instant account" Says something about Get the JetBlue Card from American Express and receive an Award Flight faster. Anyone else having this problem? |

Anyone else having this problem? Couple of thoughts. This may not be a JB spam. Sounds more like American Express. Especially since it says something about an instant account. Or it could be some hacker trying to get your personal information. Have you tried blocking the email address? That might help. Just my 2 cents |

Also, they have been sending emails to my old email address for 2-3 months now. When you update your TrueBlue profile it does not sync with their systems. |

I'm having the exact same problem. Constant JB e-mails. Consistintly hitting unsubscribe.

My email provider has started automatically putting them in the spambin... I'll just leave them there.

flying4aliving, same with me... I'm with JB and a TrueBlue member and never have received an email, not even my statement!
But, whenever I call, after being on hold for 5-10 minutes, I eventually get a "ok, our tech people have found the issue and have corrected it. You will not receive any more emails, although a few more may go out because it takes a few days for the change to fully take effect" |
JetBlue Emails

Just to answer a couple of questions: 1) The AMEX offer email was sent via JetBlue- not AMEX. They are a partner of ours and therefore we send incorporated offers to our database. We do not share/sell your names with any third party. So any partner emails you receive are in fact coming from JetBlue. 2) Crewmembers who are not receiving promotional emails- please send me your email addresses and I can see where you are in the database and why you are not receiving emails. 3) Customers who are receiving emails when they previously opted-out- I sincerely apologize for this error. Please send me your email addresses and I can remove you immediately and investigate the situation. I also apoloize because chances are you may have received an email today from us as well.
