Is SeatGuru's A320 Map Wrong?

According to the seat selector, the only seats that do not recline are the window seats in rows 9 and 10 (9A, 9F, 10A and 10F).

SeatGuru appears to have 2 mistakes:

1) "9 B,C,D,E do not recline due to the emergency exit behind"
2) "10 A,B,C,D,E,F are JetBlue's new Even More Legroom seats..." (no separate mention of A/F)

I pointed this out to them a month or so ago, but they didn't fix it. Was I mistaken?

The FAA has changed the policy so many times we haven't had time to catch up yet. The new requirement is that the window seats directly infront of the exits may not recline at anytime. The other seats may recline when in flight. Right now we have planes that have all seats in 9 and 10 locked out and some that only have 9A/F and 10A/F locked out.

Thanks for the update.

Sucks for those that pay extra for an EML seat, only to find out that it's not-reclining!

I think that might be why Seatguru hasn't updated the site yet. I've never booked a ticket on us so I don't know if there is a warning if you reserve those seats.

My point is there is not a warning on jetBlue.com when you choose seats in row 9 that might not recline.

There is a warning only for 9A/9F/10A/10F.

I'm not sure how many aircraft are left in the old configuration. I believe that most have been converted. I believe I ran into one last week when I was doing my checks.
