JetBlue Amex - Initial Bonus
 

I'm pretty impressed that unlike the advertised 8 to 12 weeks, it only took about 3 for my initial bonus and reward points for the first month of use to post.

But not all went as smooth as I wanted it to go... only 25 points posted and not the 30 that were promissed with a flyer that arrived with the card. No big deal, I called both Amex and jetBlue to see where did the other 5 points go or if they were lost and both said with no certainty that they should post "later...maybe" I'm not a big fan of uncertainty so I asked how long I should wait... the response was interesting, wait out the rest of the 8 to 12 week period and then call again.

Luckily, with the addition of these bonus points I got my first FREE round trip award. Woo Hoo!

I was wondering about that myself. I just recieved my card and everything online says 25 points, but the print advertisement with the card says 30 points. I'm expecting 25, but I should would like thirty.

I got a call from AMEX that they have investigated my inquiry about the 5 missing points and that my account was credited with them. The points show up JetBlue card Points and not the 25 bonus... or 30 bonus what it should of been.

All is good.
