True Blue Program
I have a flight that hasn't posted and it has been about 30 days. I have filled out the request for credit form on the website, but I haven't heard back other then an automated response that indicates they received my request. I do have my copy of the boarding pass. I can't find anyplace to fax it into to request credit. I also think I remember the program being web only based. Is there a human I can email? I can't seem to find anything to help me out.

In a case like that I would recommend using the "speak up" portion of the JetBlue website. That very thing has happened to me twice and both times I ended up using the "speak up" and got everything resolved very quickly ... the lag on the "request points" must be long *shrug*
Anywho, include the same information you would have put in the "request points" ... flight numbers/days/times and a confirmation number. They usually get back to you within a day or two. BTW, heres the link: http://www.jetblue.com/speakup/index.html Hope this helps, ~Matt |

TrueBlue points usually post once your flight touches down...by the time I get home within an hour, the points already appear (unless they are checkin online bonus points back in Dec. they had 2 points for checking in online and it took about 3 days).
I would take the advice of the poster above and use Speak Up on jetblue.com...if they don't help you and get your points posted in less than 5 days, call 1-800-JETBLUE and ask for the TrueBlue desk...they will post them right away. |
if you have the confirmation # from your original trip, simply call the 800 # and the customer service rep will credit your points immediately.
sure beats waiting for an online approval which takes 4 to 8 weeks if I'm not mistaken. --Russ |
I called them and they took care of it, but it did take 15 mins for them to sort it out. Piece of cake compared to my issue with USAirways and B of A who have hijacked about 30,000 from my Dividend Miles account for the last month.

jetBlue is really good about posting the points, like once I was flying from OAK to FLL via LGB... had a layover in LGB, was checking my trueblue account and it was already posted for the OAK to LGB leg (i booked them seperate to get more trueblue points) The only time I have a problem with points posting is with American Express... but as soon as American Express decides to convert and transfer the points, jetBlue posted them rightaway. (Over a month later)

Does anybody know? Are the points posted automatically when the passengers checks in at the gate?
