and what makes me a bad customer -- the fact that I had a bad experience with Jet Blue and told them about it?? they got over $500 from me for a lousy one way flight and responded to my complaint with some canned language it probably took someone 2 minutes to generate. if that makes me a bad customer, then so be it.
