TrueBlue needs some changes.
 

What changes do you think TrueBlue needs? I personally think TrueBlue should issue cards to its member that can be use at the new self check in machines at the airport to pull up their reservation instead of typing in their user name and password or their trueblue number. I also think they should enliminate charging the tax to use the awards, I mean American Airlines or USAirways doesn't charge a fee, not even taxes, unless if you make the award reservations less than 2 weeks prior to the departure date. And also offer to preboard TrueBlue members that have earned let say 100 pts in 1 year or something like that.
