The article is about Virgin's plan to set up low-cost carrier in the states. According to Virgin's chairman, Sir Richard Branson, the airline had held informal talks to become a partner of New York-based jetBlue Airlines prior to its launch but this fell through. "jetBlue was going to be Virgin Blue," he said.
