Because I'm fighting a severe cold picked up from my trip in China last week, and wasn't feeling very good at the end of a 16-hour day. That and several other small changes are attended to this morning. I just ran out of strength last night when trying to get all these things in place for you. Sorry.

hey, didn't take it too seriously at all otherthan to admonish myself for being such a do-do and not having done it right to begin with....... All better now and while i have yet to fly this airline, will certainly look for all your comments when they meet other frequent flyer/passenger/customer programs.
