End of Year Tile Situations
 

Lots of folks likely have end of year Tile accumulation issues. Here's two:

Sitting at 136... credit card due date not coming around again til mid-Jan, when 4-5 tiles will be due for Dec. 2024 spending, plus whatever accrues 1/1 to billing date close.
Also, was offered and did the match in November/December, and am owed at least 10 tiles for that (I believe the program is capped at 10) but there's a 6-8 week lag for when those will be granted.

So I'll be given enough tiles in Jan 2025 for stuff I did in 2024 that I should be over the 150 tile threshhold for Mosaic 3... does anyone know if it works this way, or will I just re-set to 0 on Jan 1, 2025 (with Mosaic 2 status) and nothing awarded in Jan. 2025 can change that?

They did backdate credit card spend tiles for me last year (although it made no difference since I wasn't counting on it). I also had some promo where if I met a spending threshold on the credit card, I got 10 tiles towards 2023 and another 10 towards 2024, when that finally posted in February, it indeed did post for the correct years as promised.

I have the same issue sitting at 121 tiles for 2024 says Im Mosaic 2, but with the Barclays Promo should be over 150 to hit Mosaic 3. I guess my status will update sometime in late January.

I went back through to check my activity for 2024, my 2023 Barclay's promo hit on February 1, 2024. Just a datapoint for folks for how long the wait might be.

So we might not know until early February about our new status level I guess.

Right. Awful. They can't have their systems respond quickly enough to give people what they actually earned until 1/12th of the way through the year. Disappointing.
