Mint row 2 not available?
 

I've seen this many times over the past few months, on different routes (SFO-BOS or SFO-JFK). When I view the seat map, the single seats in row 2 show as available. When I book the flight, and get to the select seat phase of the checkout flow, row 2 is not available. They still show on the seat map as free. Has anyone seen this, and had luck actually getting those seats if they are truly available?

It looks like Row 2 is held for people with the Mint Suite Priority Mosaic perk. I don't know when they get unblocked - likely at check-in after the Move to Mint certificates are processed.

Aha! Thank you. And I found the answer - they release at exactly 14 days (to the hour) before the flight. I just got row 2 the moment it released today. Great to know going forward!
