Seat change for no apparent reason?
 

Booked B6 flight #1692 LIR - JFK on 1/7/23
Originally booked into seat 4F

Monitoring flight via ExpertFlyer (aircraft change, etc.)
Today I get an email from Award Wallet (I had imported the reservation there) that my seat was changed from 4F to 2F.

Sure enough, I login to Jetblue website and see that I'm in 2F now.
Any idea why B6 would do this?

I don't have an ExpertFlyer alert about aircraft change. There was a flight time change like a month ago by like 20 minutes, but that's it.

Someone started another thread this morning about pretty much the exact same topic, they got moved from 2 to 4. My response to them applies here also:

You are not the first person I've heard of this happening to. My guess as to the reason is simply their world-famous IT (incompetent technology).

same thing happened to me, 6 rows back...really annoyed

edit: I was told I was moved because I booked in a wheelchair accessibility seat
