Jetblue Refund Experience?
 

Hello, does someone how Jetblue handle refunds after canceling a flight how long does it take? They changed the flightplan from RDU-LAX to RDU-JFK-LAX with 3,5h more flighttime. So i could accept the flight suggestion or i can cancel the fligth.

AA & DA have still directflights for almost the same price.

What would you do?

I would call/chat JetBlue and see if they can rebook you on AA, or just get a refund. In theory you should be able to get the refund online or through the app, but more often than not something will break and you'll have to call or chat.

You might consider booking the AA flight on your own before everyone else does and it drives the price up.

Not sure which airline DA refers to, but I am guessing they are not a JB partner.
