How long for Mosaic status to appear?
 

I just became (3 weeks ago; a Mosaic via CC spend. Statement closed, bill paid and the points are showing in my True Blue account but the website is not showing me as a Mosaic. How long does it usually take to get updated. I am dreading having to call.

Congrats on becoming a Mosaic--almost! It can take one statement period for the change to be reflected online.

You can try emailing [email protected] to inquire. That address definitely worked in the past.

Good luck. It took over 5 months of calling Barclays and Jetblue, each saying they other was to blame to get Mosaic status to confirm with Jetblue earlier this year.
I wanted it to book a flight for 4 persons including myself from FLL to LAX after returning from a cruise. The flight was changed to 2 hours earlier so I had to cancel and book on AA. At least because of Mosaic status everything was refunded.

I sent an email as advised above. Received the auto reply that I should get a “real” reply in 10 days. 10 days? Geez.

Any more data points on this? I just pulled my JetBlue Plus card out of the sock drawer to meet the $15K spend for Mosaic promotion and wondering how quickly my status will be updated. I have trip first week of January.

Data point: My husband met the spend for 50k in August paid bill. Starting calling the first week of October both Jetblue and Barclay. Showed up Nov 2nd.
