Award Ticket Point Difference Advice
 

I originally booked 8 seats for a flight that cost 13,600 TrueBlue miles per ticket. The same one way is now 10,200 points per ticket. What is the best way to get the point difference credited back to my account?

Do I need to cancel and rebook the flight to get the credit or can I just call and they’ll refund me the mileage difference

i have mosaic status if that has any bearing

If you are going to just make this one change, I would call the Mosaic line and have them refund the points to you. It may take a while but they'll eventually fix it and credit you the difference.

If you plan on making any other changes (or think you might in the future), I would just cancel the whole itinerary and book a new one.
