Tech Challenged Mobile Boarding Pass Question
 

I installed the Jet Blue app on my phone. Can I download and save my boarding pass somewhere on my phone so I can just open it at the airport? Or will I have to go online at the airport and go into the app and try to get it? Thanks

Yes, once you check-in online, you can retrieve your boarding pass from the JetBlue app and save it on your phone. On iPhones there is an Add to Apple Wallet button or you can just display it in the app and show that at security/boarding.

Thanks don't have an apple wallet or I phone have some kind of smartphone (moto G) will figure it out when I can check in

You have an android phone. When you check in, your boarding pass is automatically available when you open the Jetblue app. If you still want to have it saved somewhere. I have done a screenshot of my boarding pass sometimes. That has worked as well. I too have an Android phone

You can also save boarding passes to Google Pay (same as Apple Wallet)
