Extra seat check-in
 
Do you have to check-in your extra seat? I am leaving tomorrow morning and I get an error message when I try to check in. My regular reservation I checked in without a problem.

I have never done this but if you don't check in isn't it possible that they would sell it to someone else and consider you a no show?

I would call B6 and, if you cannot get through, be at the counter before the check-in deadline. I worry more about incompetence or glitch rather than affirmative decision-making.
