New snack option in March 2020 on JetBlue

Goodbye pretzels, hello 88 Acres snack bars. Starting in March 2020 JetBlue is swapping out the snacks on board. Pretzels will still be catered until the supplies are exhausted.

Link goes to my site; you've been warned per FT rules

JetBlue is also looking to replace the cookie option, again. In the last five years we've seen three different cookies. Maybe they'll just pick Biscoff :D

EDIT: rumor has it the cookies will be gluten free.

Wish they would switch back to the Coke products instead of Pepsi

I asked for a Coke onboard recently unaware of this change and she all but yelled at me that it was a 'Pepsi airline'. The FAs must have had a serious amount of passenger pushback about it.

You have NO idea... I saw it firsthand and I felt really bad for some of them :(

If there's one thing Americans take very seriously, it's sugar water.

Cinnamon and Oats

Just flew from JFK to SEA on JetBlue flight 63 today (March 2) and the new 88 Acres' bar is now part of the snack offering.

I am not sure if it is my type of snack, but it seems to be quite popular with passengers.
The flavor offered is cinnamon and oat.

Traditional offerings on our flights from BOS to SJO and back last weekend and yesterday, including the blues and sweets,.

I often ask for Coke with a smile and get a friendly "we're Pepsi" reply. No shouting.

I'm assuming B6 has switched to using carts? No more trays?

Yes, JetBlue uses carts. The change was made in April 2018.

Thanks! Last flight with B6 was back in 2017 so not too familiar with the current product.

While this isn't quite the right thread for this question, I disagree. I am very disappointed they got rid of XM for the Phase IIs and the NEOs. As for the snacks, the seed bars seem like a cool idea, but I'd still like a nut or other "healthy" option (other than a sweetened bar).

It's actually a nice addition to the selection. I really enjoy the bars and it's definitely a much healthier option than the rest. As you can see, there's only 3g of added sugar, looks like in the form of maple syrup.
