Impressive Proactive Service Recovery!

Recently flew TPA-SJU-PUJ on Jet Blue. Have not flown it in a few years. In SJU, equipment went mechanical and got delayed five hours. Wound up on a flight that left an hour earlier and were put in extra legroom seats by GA. Even got the extra miles credited for being in those seats! On return from SJU to TPA, IFE movies didn't work properly. No biggie either way...stuff happens, but got an email from Jet Blue...gave us $250 for the flight delay and $100 for the IFE breakdown. Neither of which were asked for, but very well appreciated! Now just to figure out where to go!
