Expiring Travel Bank credit

Haven't logged into this website in over four years... I have two Travel Bank credits expiring 7/26 and 8/9 with no upcoming travel planned. The total value is a little over $1k. Any ideas on how I can make sure they don't go to waste?

I thought about that, but from their FAQ:If you cancel a flight that was originally paid for with JetBlue travel credit (full or partial payment), the expiration date for these funds will revert to their original expiration date.

give it a try. find a $1K refundable fare. buy it. cancel it a few days later. look at credit exp date. no downside.

If you cancel within 24 hours, there won’t be a cancellation fee. Hopefully it resets the expiration date on the credits.
