I personally don't foresee anything positive to benefit customer experience coming out of this considering all the negative changes and drastic drop in quality of service I've experienced in the past year of 2018. I've had cancelled flights, no communication to flight status with HQ, and lost luggage since July. I'm guessing Ben will announce he's turning the best low-cost airline into the next ultra-low cost airlines. Thoughts?
