You just make a new Instagram. I wouldn't expect anyone to wipe their current account.

You won't just pay taxes and fees on the flights you actually take. You will also pay income tax on the value (however it is determined) of the pass.

Winner beware.

Yeah, they are valuing it at $20,000 US so that's a solid 9-10k on your income statement.

Looks like there will actually be three winners; GP value of $20k, winner receives 1099-MISC.

Works out if you can expect to take $4-5k worth of flights, before taxes and fees, to even out the income taxes.
