Now Mosaic -- Can I cancel EMS on previous reservation?
I recently became Mosaic (due to charging on JetBlue Plus card). I have a previous reservation, made when I was not a Mosaic (for a future flight) that I paid cash to get EMS. Now that I'm Mosaic -- I'd like to use points instead of cash to pay for that EMS seat (or even cancel EMS all together and hope they assign me EMS at check-in). The cost of the flight has gone up since my booking -- so cancelling and re-booking the entire itinerary is not an option. Is simply cancelling the EMS aspect of the reservation possible with no charge for Mosaics? Thx.

Yes, you can probably do that. Call the dedicated Mosaic phone line and one of the agents should be able to handle it for you. They are usually pretty accommodating about stuff like this for Mosaics.

Just to follow up on this - I was able to get my EMS fees refunded. They were even able to refund to the credit card rather than Travel Bank credit.

I had Mosaic for one year and despite disliking Jetblue's website and their Northern California schedules, their Mosaic phone service is AWESOME. Reminds me of the good old days of United. The reps are empowered to do anything they can to make your travels better/easier
