TrueBlue points accidentally on wrong account

TrueBlue points accidentally on wrong account

Wanted to know from others experience. I rushed a booking and accidently put one of my parents TrueBlue numbers in with my ticket. I have requested missing points and only when I matched the numbers up did I notice the discrepancy. Will I get my points or are they gone forever now?

You can change that info before flight.
