Mosaic advice needed

Mosaic advice needed

I was already at 12,000 points and 28 segments and set to requalify for 2019 with my 2 segment itinerary last week. First segment gets delayed 4 hours and causes misconnect @ SJU. I got rebooked to a codeshare flight operated by Cape Air. Past threads on here indicate that Cape Air flights aren't eligible for TrueBlue credit. In other programs like AAdvantage, getting original routing credit is a piece of cake. But this is JetBlue, and few people are empowered to deal with complicated IROPS situations. As of right now I am no longer Mosaic and have a trip coming up very soon. Can anyone recommend a good contact to resolve my issue? I shouldn't be penalized for getting rebooked as a result of their delay.

Calling was unsuccessful, but I was able to get it resolved via email.
