My most recent redemption of jetBlue's TrueBlue points for MINT travel yielded a per point value of $0.0131.
My most recent redemption of Amtrak's Guest Rewards points for sleeper travel yield a per point value of $0.0290.
Points.com will exchange (for free) 2 JetBlue points into 1 Amtrak point, resulting in a 11% increase in value.
The exchange took under 24 hours.

If only the opposite held true and I could get 2,000 TrueBlue points for 1,000 AGR points. Instead they only offer 297 TrueBlue points for for 1,000 AGR points. Funny how they always give you back less.
