N794JB got a new tail and was renamed “Shantay, Blue Stay” (if anyone knows what that means, feel free to chime in ). But it was not reconfigured.

Although 517 was at LCQ for almost a month (27 days), it looks like it did not receive the cabin refresh.
The next one to come back should be 760. It did a couple test flights out of SAL in the past few days.
Apparently I missed when 605 (Boston Red Sox) made it down to SAL on 6/16, but from what I've heard from guys doing the refreshes, the red seat is not being replaced at LCQ, although there is a rumor that JetBlue will redo the seat cover themselves, and rededicate the plane in honor of David Ortiz. It may also include a repaint.

Took Tale of Blue Cities down to SDQ from BOS over the July 4th weekend. Was nice to have the Wifi and entertainment system work for the whole trip as all but the first few minutes were over the ocean.

N760JB has returned with the new cabin, and will enter service on FLL-SJU this morning on flight 1053.
N607JB was sent to LCQ.

Possibly. I checked my sources (which only go back a week) a little too late, so I wasn't able to get info for the 13th.
There were two planes that went to SAL/LCQ that didn't get the refurbishment, which I took off the list.
N516JB flew to SAL, was sent back to JFK, and then was sent to LCQ.
N605JB is back, currently sitting at FLL. If the rumors are true, they might be hiding that plane for a while.

The rumor is that they will repaint (like they did with the NY Jets plane) and rededicate the plane with a ceremony later on. The red seat has NOT be reinstalled because the folks at SAL said that they didn't receive one. I don't doubt that they'll replace the seat cover on that one seat in-house.
But, it looks like the plane is now in service.
643 was sent to SAL.

FWIW, the company announced today that 28 retrofits are complete and ~22 more will happen this year. The program is slowing down through the end of 2019 to account for delays in A321neo deliveries from Airbus. Basically JetBlue needs the A320s in service to make up some of the slack. Only 6 of 13 A321neos will deliver in 2019 and 14/15 in 2020. (Link to my full story on the slipping timeline)
Still, JetBlue says it'll finish the program in 2020 and also the delays won't affect Europe service launch for 2021.
