Mosaic: When can I select EMS seats? (if regular seats are all taken)
Checked in for a flight and I don't have any assigned seats at the moment - I know that I can get seat assignments at the gate, but I'm wondering if its also possible to assign them at the check-in counter or over the phone? Mosaic, if that matters.

Yes, you can get them assigned at the check-in counter. If flying out of JFK, there is a dedicated Mosaic counter. Other airports may have a different configuration, but regardless, they can assign you an EMS seat at check-in if they are still available.
