Connection time in BOS - too risky?

Ticket 1 - Departure: AA 2140 7:30PM - 9:08PM DCA or B6 1326 7:34PM - 9:00PM BWI to BOS
Ticket 2 - Connect to: B6 497 09:47PM to SEA

Would you say the above is doable on a Sunday? Which would you choose? 497 was booked using points, hence the two different tickets. I assume I will not be protected regardless to the option I'll choose since these are two different tickets anyway...

Does AA and B6 operate at the same terminal in BOS?

AA and B6 operate in different terminals and I would not want less than 90 minutes for a transfer, just owing to possible delays.
