Publish Award Chart for Hawaiian
B6 has actually published an award chart for flights on Hawaiian.
You still have to call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) to redeem.

I wrote up a few more details about the new fixed TrueBlue award chart for Hawaiian Airlines after chatting with the res desk this morning and searching some prices.

Best I can figure is that the CPP rate goes up (good) but flexibility goes down (bad). Hard to really say if this is a win or not. Also, confirmed that award space books into T (economy) or D (biz) for the new charts.

Anyone know how to know if space is open in business class for awards booked this way? I assume D class must be open? Is this the same as the saver awards available on HA's site? If not, how do we search for flights that we can book into business using TrueBlue points?

I have never seen the jfk-hnl route have saver level business in HA available. It would be nice if you could mix mint to west coast and then get over to hnl on HA before continuing on to Tokyo. I dont think it works that way though. If you find space let us know.

I think you can do this but it'd have to be booked via phone. I had a lot of success with the agent at B6 with various connections and stopovers.

Rare, but possible. I found some back in November when I was researching the price options to do the analysis comparing the old and new rates. Mostly on Tuesdays, IIRC. EF is very useful for this, especially given the week-long search option.

Just wanted to add my experience with this today. I can confirm that if you see saver-level First (40000mi) availability on Hawaiian's site, you can book it with TrueBlue points. The TrueBlue desk quoted the same availability, and quantity, that I saw for every date we checked. The flight I booked was going for $900+ so I believe I got a decent return on my 45k points. I'll report back if I get the 10% redemption bonus.

Additional data points. Although JetBlue said I wouldn't get a Hawaiian confirmation number and my seat would be assigned at checkin, I successfully received the number via chat on the Hawaiian site today. I then used that number to search my flight, assign my seat, add my Hawaiian number, and KTN. So far so good.
