Your favorite EatUp Café meal?

How does this usually work? The Jetblue website lists 6 options for flights with EatUp Cafe. Do they stock all 6 on these flights? Sandwiches/salads any good? Is there usually enough for those who want?
Looking at a 5+hr flight departing a bit before 6pm, so really too early to eat in the terminal, and not really ideal either to bring a sandwich on board and have it sit there for 1-2 hours.
