I booked a flight and bought the ticket that allows one bag. I do not need the bag, does anyone know if I can get a refund just for the bag?

Nope, at least per policy. That's part of the deal you get with the discount for buying in advance.

You can always ask them of course and they might do it as a courtesy, but under the fare rules they are under no obligation to do so, and probably won't.
