Tutto bene😀 The restrictions are for US citizens.

Jet Blue e-mailed me this:

"Yes, customers who aren't U.S. citizens must still fill in the "Reasons for travel to Cuba" section
while booking with us and certify they are authorized to travel to Cuba under the Cuban Assets
Control Regulations."

Do you think they will ask me the OFAC license anyway ?

Thank you for great assistance...

You will be required to fill in the OFAC affidavit. It is self-certification and does not come with any costs but the official policy is that you must meet one of those categories rather than traveling as a tourist.

I am facing the same situation - German citizen traveling to Cuba from Fort Lauderdale with Jet Blue. We do have a tourist card from our German tour operator. And I have answered the question with "Cultural Education". Do we need any additional information at the airport? I am worry that they might deny boarding. What is the experience so far? Many thanks for advise.

Nope. You've got a tourist card and an OFAC certification. With those two complete it should be fine.

THANKS! Just to clarify: With OFAC certification you refer to clicking one of the approved reasons? No documents needed, just the statement done via the click in the internet?
