Guess I should have cancelled my Amex too. Seems like people who held on to the Amex are being punished with a $40 annual fee for the same perks as the Free card for everyone else.
Anyone know if there is a chance to switch to the free after it transfers? Amex is unhelpful as they say that's a Barclay Card issue. Barclay won't speak to me about it because I'm not "a card holder yet."

I cancelled my card in January but was afraid of something like this happening. JetBlue can't even get their own website functioning on a daily basis. How can we expect them to get a major credit card conversion right?
I called Mosaic in January after I received a kit from Barclays AFTER I cancelled the Amex. I was livid. They told me another data dump would happen before people started getting converted in March. Looks like that didn't happen properly.
I'm not sure that JetBlue can legally share card member info with the bank if they even have full access to it. That sounds like a PCI compliance issue to me. The data should have passed from Amex to Barclays. Question is when was it pulled and sent to Barclays. It should have been pulled within the last 2-3 weeks not months ago.

I got an email tonight saying my new card was in the mail.
I cancelled my Amex card the 1st week of January, over 8 weeks ago now.
No way should they still consider me an active cardmember.

Not at this point. Don't think there's any chance they update the systems correctly. Will downgrade to the no fee version after conversion and hope my business card application is approved.
TU for me yesterday on the business card in MA.
