Not the world's biggest surprise but still not sure how close they are going to get.... other articles on TP's return to BOS and JFK mention codeshare but it may have been misquotes.

Also new partner airlines on B6 website:

Air India
Azul (announced a few months ago)
Condor

The Condor description is a bit laughable: "Make connections from JetBlue to Condor at Austin (AUS), Las Vegas (LAS), and Providence (PVD)"

You would think the parent company (Thomas Cook) would be next since they have ops in BOS/JFK.
