How to refund a refundable fare..
 

Sounds like a silly question.... I just bought a refundable ticket for Monday as protection due to weather. If I don't use it, can I refund on line as phone hold times are very long? My concern is from what I read on the site, canceling a refundable ticket gives you credit, and you have to specifically request the refund. Easy to do by pressing a button or not? Thanks...

Do you have an online Jetblue account? I literally just did the same thing and it was a few clicks and done with full refund. Not sure how it works if you are not a TrueBlue member.

I do but I did't remember the number so didn't put it in the record. The flight I am protecting is on United our of Newark, and that is not looking good right now anyway.....

Perhaps you should post that question in the United forum then. They might be able to give you a better answer.
