Kudos to JetBlue at BOS
 

NE was shut down due to an FAA issue at DC, so we took a delay. Once it became apparent that we would be there for a while, the gate agent ran out and grabbed a couple boxes of chips, snacks, etc., in addition to soda, water and apple juice for the kids. It was a nice touch during a frustrating delay. Kylie and Julian, you guys done good.

Glad to see that they got it done. Every station is supposed to have such supplies available for flights taking long delays. I've seen them pull out galley carts in some places and just boxes of snacks in other cases.
