Fun<important than demand
I do agree there are many points where B6 could distinguish themselves with the Mint product but it has to be done slowly and precisely as to not waste the product and keep profits up so the airline itself doesn't suffer.

That would be a fleet utilization routing & to get people from JFK to LIM which would have the demand for a premium product. BOS-SFO/LAX has potential but probably will take a backseat to other destinations so that B6 can distinguish itself and the product a bit more. So probably late 2016-2017.

Bugger, need to fly to BGI in March, but unfortunately not Sat-Sat (and even if I did, the Sat's closest to my dates area pricing at $2k r/t.
Definitely struck me as fleet utilization--lower transcon demand on Saturday (and around Xmas). But even in economy, this is much better than routing via MIA on AA with not-so-great timings for our purposes. Did they recently put these routes on for sale? I don't recall seeing them come up on Kayak a month or two ago. |
