Getting past flying points
 
I have booking my buddy on JetBlue 2-3x a year to visit our hometown. He never signed up for the True Blue program. Can he sign up now and claim the past flying points?

No. The T&C mention a 90 day window to claim retroactive credit (I don't see any mention whether you must have been a member and simply forgot to add your number rather than having not been a member at all.)
