I just came across this offer from Jet Blue - One way fare sale. They have lot of options and a few restrictions.

Looks like fare rules are not enforced. For example: BOS-PBI rules say $99 but not on Fri and Sun. But if I book 6/16-6/18 it prices as $99 ow anyway!
Blackout dates sometimes not enforced either.
