50 points for kiosk check in?

50 points for kiosk check in?
I must have missed some announcement or something... for each of my last two flights (posted today), I got 50 points for a "KIOSK CHECK IN". Is this a promotion?

No one's getting these? I just got another....seems like it posts quite a few days after the flight:

btw, they added this into the emails last week. that 'splains it!
Skip the line, check in now!
Check in online by printing your boarding pass now. When you get to the airport, go straight to security if you have no bags to check. Please use your confirmation number, not ticket number, to check in.
Checking in just got more rewarding.
Earn 100 TrueBlue points by checking in online or from your mobile device. Can't check in now? Earn 50 TrueBlue points by using an airport kiosk.
Skip the line, check in now!

My guess is that they are trying to get ready to sell Even More Speed on the check in process. This is a cheap way to get people to use online check in (or the kiosks).
