breakfast at JFK T5

I'm taking a 7:30am flight out of T5 this Wednesday. Does anyone have pictures or reviews of breakfast items at the T5 restaurants? I looked at the menus online, and they all look pretty nice.

I can expense this meal, so I figured I'd choose a sit-down restaurant over a Dunkin Donuts sandwich. Incidentally, do the other storefronts in the food court serve breakfast, or just Dunkin?

I actually flew out of T5 last Sunday but "forgot" to look at this in person... I was chasing around my 2yo before his first flight (which went very smoothly!).

Bypass the food court.

The sit-down restaurants are great. At that time in the morning, you are seated in a court, food served at your table, one menu for all restaurants, table cloth, service, the works.

For peace and quiet, go down the concourse for gate 1-7, turn right, far end. There is a good coffee/pastry place. They can also make an egg sandwich and have tables. DH and I like this. Did I say quiet?

At the far end of the center concourse (with views of take-offs/landings) there is a place that serves a breakfast menu similar to the sit-down restaurants. Never tried it, but the menu looked good.

Congrats on the inaugural 2-year-old flight.

My ideas. Not JetBlue's.

This is my lucky day, I was looking for this thread exactly.

I am looking for a leisurely brunch on Friday morning before a 12PM take off. I was hoping to make it through security around 10:45 and enjoy a 1 hour brunch of delicious poached egg, sparkling wine and fresh cherries (it is the season!).

So all restaurants have the same menu? One is at the end of the center concourse with views of take-offs and landings? Yay!

Thanks Indigo 141513 and dmel.

Now is there a good place for lunch in BOS, airside? This trip is getting exciting.

I didn't realize it was a separate menu. I'll check it out. Thanks!
