Time for JetBlue to open VIP clubs?

I know it's not in JetBlue's current vision (at least not to my knowledge), but I would imagine that at this points, clubs in key airports would be a good thing.

(Perhaps same is true for WN).

Meh....I don't really need the free beer or potato chips. Free WiFi is already provided or available from the airport at most B6 hubs.

Unless I was looking for an office space I'm not sure what value the lounge would provide, and even lounges with a quiet enough space to work are harder to find these days.

What feature of a VIP lounge do you think would be compelling?

Lounges in the US are pretty crappy so JetBlue would need to do something really new. T5 at JFK feels like a giant lounge to me, no need for a lounge!

Maybe a business center with private offices and meeting rooms that one could rent ad hoc would make more sense than cheap wine and chips.

I wouldn't be surprised if some independent company would offer it.

My guess would be that anyone willing to pay the $400 or so that other airlines charge for their clubs could be a "VIP".

As sbm12 alluded to before, I've always thought B6 should do a business center w/ cafe to help attract more business people. Its not always about taking care of business as it is having a quiet place to do so.

The bigger Jetblue gets, the more I see it coming.

Everyone would still be a VIP, but some would be more VIP than others.
