Problem Switching to ELR
 

Anyone else experiencing this when trying to purchase an ELR seat? I'm getting it on IE and Chrome. Very frustrating. Guess they don't want my money.

I had the same problem, but only when trying to upgrade my companion's seat. I was able to do mine, but something froze when I tried to do two in a row. I finally had to call.

I've had the same problem sometimes...
 

and eventually call like the previous poster.
