Can anyone get the scoop on why there is such a horrible delay on flight 354 right now?

I just received an email saying my account was credited $25 for my next flight. I didn't even ask for it. That's pretty darn cool JetBlue.

That's what the Passenger Bill of Rights dictates for such a delay. It is nice that B6 has it codified and automated but the numbers can be on the low end compared to some other carriers.
