KUDOS to Customer Service
I had no problem writing here when I had a horrible issue with JB's customer service.
So today I want to report on a CS phone call I had with an agent named Jennifer.
I will not go into the details of the reason for my call, but she was on the phone with me for an hour, resolved everything much better than I expected, and the whole time she was friendly, efficient, personable, professional - all those really good adjectives.
I think it was the best customer service experience I've ever had.
