Res system change to Sabre - 'warning' from a Westjet flyer
(mods, if this belongs in another thread, please move it!)
For those who may not know what to expect during an airline's transition to Sabre, have a look at the multiple threads in the Westjet forum about a Sabre cutover. It's been a rough ride with Westjet; I hope that B6 has a far easier go of it, but we should all be prepared for some real unpleasantness.
(also, problems with web checkin, airport lineups, and several threads about crazy waits for phone agents to answer the darn phone!)
Westjet changed over in October, and they're still having problems. Just to let everyone know to be on their toes.
