Cancellation Charge
When my wife and I flew JetBlue in Dec09, we noticed a screen on the tv touting that JB not longer charged flight change fees.
When I called yesterday, the rep knew nothing about this.
Anyone else notice this?

Maybe it was during that winter storm a week or so before Christmas that hit the NorthEast and messed with JFK pretty badly. I'm pretty sure they were allowing people to make changes without fees or fare differences for a small window around that storm?
