First, please explain what you really need. Your post seems to indicate that you need to go from Kansai Airport to Narita Airport and that you will be spending 2 to 3 days at the airport (KIX.) Is that the case? Or are you really looking to go from Osaka or Kyoto to Narita airport? It makes a difference in train connections and costs. Where are you traveling from to get to NRT?
Assuming you are really starting from Kyoto, the easiest way to NRT is a combination of the shinkansen (bullet train) and the Narita Express airport train. It will take from 3.5 to 4 hours and cost a bit over 16,000 yen ($175.00 +/-.) From Shin-Osaka Station, it is about 15 minutes longer and $3.00 or $4.00 more. There are many departures all day long. There are local trains that would be less money but would involve several train connections and take much, much longer.
Are you sure you can't change your departure to KIX or NGO?
Thai flies from KIX to BKK via Manila, if changes are possible.

Worst case i suggest flying from ITM to NRT... it's a 1 hr flight and gets you into NRT. you might spend more time just in the N'Ex itself. There are various air pass that allows you get get that flight for 10K-13K yen depending on which air alliance you're with. Surely there are airport busses from either Osaka, Kyoto or Kobe that brigns your straight to ITM.
