Of the hotels you listed, only the Park Hyatt and Four Seasons Marounouchi are 5* properties. And yes, there is a great difference between all the hotels you listed. The Park Hyatt is located in an odd part of town for the average tourist; the Four Seasons is in Ginza, an upscale shopping district.
