Any recommendations for a quiet restaurant (teppanyaki or French or ...) with private dining room for 10 people within quick taxi ride from Kayabacho area? Maybe ¥30K+/- pp.

If you are looking specifically for teppanyaki, I can recommend Kira Ginza. Easy to book, price range is within budget, and the beef is really great. I'm sure they have private rooms that will fit your group of 10. It's probably about a 9-minute taxi from Kayabacho station (or 4 stops / 7 minutes on the Hibiya line.)
